RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ALTERATIONS

As all our garments are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please choose your size carefully based on our size guide. Our sizing is designed with the Filipina/Asian body frame in mind, and we recommend selecting your size according to your actual body measurements rather than your usual size from other brands.

Alterations
We can accommodate alterations to make a garment smaller, subject to inspection. Alterations start at ₱500 and up, depending on the work required.

Please note that we generally cannot alter a garment to a bigger size, as this may require additional fabric and may not always be possible depending on the construction of the garment.

All alteration requests are subject to garment inspection and timeline availability, as alterations require additional production time.

Online Semi-Custom — +₱1,500
For clients who would like minor adjustments before production, we offer an online-only semi-custom option starting at an additional ₱1,500. This may include minor changes to sizing, length, color, or design, subject to approval.

Please note that this option does not include fittings or complimentary alterations after completion.
